Collection of Information
To ensure seamless access to Airwire Products, enable billing, support innovation and improvements, marketing, promotions, and to comply with regulatory obligations, Airwire Broadband (operated by North East Dataa Network Pvt. Ltd.) may collect the following categories of information:

1. Personal Information
"Personal Information" refers to data that either directly or indirectly, in combination with other available data, can identify you. This includes, but is not limited to:
a. Basic information provided during registration, such as:

g. Service-specific identifiers like: Customer ID IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) MSISDN (Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number)
h. Device-specific identifiers such as: IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) OS-specific IDs Note: Sensitive Personal Data is considered part of Personal Information and may include:
a. Passwords or authentication details used for accessing Airwire services. b. Financial data such as bank account details, credit/debit card numbers, or payment instrument information. c. Biometric information, where applicable.

2. Information Collected Under Legal Mandates
As per government regulations and for service provisioning, Airwire is required to collect:
a. Basic identification details (e.g., Name, Phone Number, Address). b. Passport-size photograph. c. Proof of Identity documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Passport). d. Proof of Address documents (e.g., Driving License, Passport, Utility Bills).
Note: The Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) identifies which fields are mandatory and which are optional. If you choose not to provide certain required information or withdraw consent later, Airwire may be unable to continue providing specific services.

3. Non-Personal Information
"Non-Personal Information" includes data that does not directly identify an individual. This may include: Session and internet usage logs Web beacons, cookies, and transaction data Aggregate usage statistics Device data (OS version, browser type, IP address, device ID) Wi-Fi network details (SSID, signal strength) Access times and session duration Browsing preferences and channel selections Location data (based on mobile device or IP) This information is used to: Deliver optimized web content Understand customer preferences Improve service quality and usability Enable personalized recommendations, advertising, and location-based features

h. Conducting analytics and evaluations to improve our broadband, DTH, and enterprise services.

j. Enhancing user experience by displaying tailored products, services, and promotions.
k. Sending you promotional messages, marketing emails, and event updates from Airwire or its partners.
l. Completing your service orders, payments, or transactions.
m. Enforcing our terms and conditions and protecting our services, users, and business operations.
n. Preventing, investigating, and acting against fraudulent or unauthorized use of our services or other illegal activities.
o. Complying with applicable laws, regulations, or legal directives, including cooperating with law enforcement agencies as required.
p. Other usages for which you have explicitly provided your consent.

2.Airwire takes appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information and ensures its confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws. We are committed to safeguarding your data using industry-standard security protocols.

3.Airwire may work with trusted Third Parties (such as service providers, contractors, consultants, and data processors) who manage, process, and store information on our behalf. These third parties are contractually obligated to adhere to Airwire’s privacy and security policies and to maintain confidentiality.

4.Any comments, messages, blog posts, or other content submitted by you in public areas of Airwire’s apps or website are not considered personal information under this Policy. You may request removal of such content, and we will attempt to do so if technically feasible and in accordance with applicable law.

5.Non-Personal Information collected automatically by Airwire may be used to analyze usage trends, administer services, improve customer experience, track demographic patterns, and monitor traffic across our network and platforms. Once shared, Airwire is no longer responsible for the third party's usage of that data. Their own privacy policy will apply, and we recommend reviewing and consenting to their terms before proceeding.

Government or Judicial Process: We may share your Personal Information with governmental or legal authorities when required to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, or support investigations. This includes enforcing our terms and protecting the rights, property, or safety of Airwire, our users, and Partners.
e. Legal Reasons: Your data may be shared with affiliates to detect or prevent fraud, identity theft, illegal activities, or misuse of services. This helps us maintain the integrity and security of our offerings.
f. Protection of Airwire: We may disclose information to enforce our rights or the rights of our Partners, seek legal remedies, or mitigate damages resulting from unauthorized use or misuse of our services or content by third parties.

1. Airwire has adopted reasonable security practices and procedures, in line with applicable regulations and industry standards. These include strategic, operational, managerial, technical, and physical controls to safeguard your data and personal information. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized employees or partners on a strict need-to-know basis.

2. Our website, applications, portals, and network infrastructure are equipped with industry-standard security measures to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized alteration of data. Whenever you request Airwire to share your information with a third-party website or application (for example, by logging in to a third party using your Airwire ID), we will present a clear notice and seek your explicit consent regarding the details of the information to be shared. Once shared, Airwire is no longer in control of that information, and this Privacy Policy will no longer apply. The third-party website or application will process and manage your information as per their own privacy policy.

Access, Correction and Deletion
